This dress far exceeded our expectations... It's truly a keeper. Was a microscopic worried about the gold, but it was perfect. Couldn't be happier. Very sophisticated yet sexy. The mermaid shape may not be for everyone, but with the right figure, it was beautiful! With the bias cut and satiny material, it hugs every curve. Reminiscent of 1930's Hollywood. It looked vintage, but new. Very reasonably priced (we bought it "on sale"), an exquisite first-time contact buying a gown online...If only all transactions could go as smoothly. I was grateful for the old reviews with regard to sizing on this dress (apparently it runs a microscopic large), so took that into notice when ordering. The dress arrived on time, in the time allotted. Just steam & go for the gold!
